Overview

PCM currently seeks talented and experienced District Sales Managers in our strategic offices across the US and Canada. These individuals will have responsibilities for managing all sales activities within a defined Region for PCM’s expanding Commercial Sales division. The District Sales Manager will need a strong background in managing sales teams, with a proven track record in attaining sales goals. The position is a challenging, dynamic, and highly rewarding opportunity for the right leader. A career at PCM offers opportunities to develop and advance.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a professional sales team in a designated territory
  • Drive sales strategy and work with Account Executives to attain sales quotas
  • Develop and deliver effective sales presentations to customers
  • Motivate, coach, and manage sales team
  • Manage Account Executive performance
  • Build a sales team (support recruitment, hiring, and training of new employees)
  • Accurate pipeline management
  • Exponential territory growth
  • Establish and develop strong partner relationships within the region
  • Work with Marketing to effectively create brand awareness
  • Ownership of the top customers in territory
  • Travel within region may be required

 

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • College diploma or university degree
  • 3+ years of successful sales experience in the technology field
  • 1+ years proven sales management experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with C-level executives
  • Highly focused on customer solutions and satisfaction
  • Strong negotiation and motivational skills
  • Excellent presentation skills. Must have experience presenting to large groups
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
