    PCM, a national IT solutions provider, is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our corporate headquarters in El Segundo, CA.  Under the general direction of the Payroll Manager, the Payroll Administrator performs a wide variety of record keeping and payroll processing activities including computing wages and overtime payments, calculating and recording payroll deductions, processing requests for paycheck advances, bonuses, commissions, and expense reimbursements, terminations, final payment and severance. 


    • Employee data management
    • Employee inquiries and services
    • Full cycle bi-weekly payroll processing in ADP
    • Employee time processing
    • Paid time-off accruals and reconciliation
    • Manual check processing
    • Document management and reports for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
    • Garnishments, liens, and child support orders processing and management
    • Employment verifications
    • Unclaimed checks, stop payments, and check adjustment processes
    • Ad hoc reporting as requested by management teams
    • Federal, state, and local tax filing
    • Document management
    • Year-end and period-end closingMust be well versed in multi-state wage and hour laws
    • Must be able to calculate gross pay: Regular pay, overtime, exception pay, etc.

    • Able to manage confidential information and maintain accurate records
    • Ability to manage priorities and workflow with acute attention to detail
    • Effective communication skills and follow-through with employees of all levels of the organization
    • Ability to multi-task and complete tasks with a high level of accuracy
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • High payroll and accounting aptitude
    • Minimum 3-5 years multi-state payroll experience supporting at least 400+ employees
    • CPP Certification (preferred, not required)
    • Proficiency in ADP payroll and timekeeping environment or equivalent
    • Strong computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Advanced Excel experience is a plus.
