Overview

Desktop Support Technician - Printers.

 

The candidate must possess the Comptia A+ certification, have knowledge of troubleshooting and repairing Hewlett Packard printer and multi-function print device hardware and at least 2 years experiance repairing printers.

Candidate may also be performing hardware troubleshooting and repair on Dell and Lenovo Desktop and Laptop PCs.

Candidates will be responsible for completing tickets utilizing the client's ticketing systems within established Service Level Agreements (SLA) providing accurate, detailed, and timely updates to all assigned tickets, placing part orders with various vendors, receiving and shipping of parts ordered, and other duties as assigned.

This is a client facing position which requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well as an individual and in a team environment, following documented policies and procedures. Be a fast learner and highly reliable.

Responsibilities

Must possess COMPTIA A+ Certification
•Be able to lift 50 lbs (more with assistance)
•Be able to resolve printer hardware issues, hard drive, ports, cables issues
•Experience with SLA’s and service call tracking systems.
•Communicate clearly with customers and management

Qualifications

2 or more years of printer support experience in a corporate environment.
