Overview

We are currently seeking self-driven and motivated individuals to assist us in the design, development and delivery of customized role-based blended-learning programs for several of our clients who are in the process of implementing or upgrading to a new version of SAP. New and recent college graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and edit training course material
  • Work under the direction of Abreon Project Manager or Senior Instructional Designer
  • Follow project plan due dates and deliverables
  • Work effectively with client and training development team members related to course objectives
  • Write work instructions and associated simulations for business functionality
  • Build training data to ensure accurate and effective work instructions and simulation
  • Develop PowerPoint shells with basic business functionality and system content
  • Ensure internal quality reviews of training material prior to client review
  • Bring issues and concerns to Abreon Project Management for resolution
  • Meet deadlines and complete work and administrative duties at the appointed times

Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Flexible to travel or work remotely with minimal supervision
  • Desire to advance to senior level staff or project management
  • Must possess a love of learning and ability to change

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of at least one technical systems
    • SAP, Oracle, Point of Sale, RF, CRM, EMR/EHR
  • Experience with at least one business process area
    • Finance, Sales, Warehousing, Planning, HR/CRM, Logistics, Transportation, Retail, PLM, Reporting
