PCM is currently seeking a Technical Project Coordinator to work with a dynamic team that supports Digital Signage Projects across the US.  Preferred candidate will have the ability to multi task and work in an extremely fast paced environment. 


The Technical Project Coordinator will be responsible for dispatching and scheduling Field Technicians appropriately, create and close work orders, send invoices as well as take technical phone calls from users and Field Technicians surrounding desktop, network, Win 7 and 10 issues.  This is a very fast paced environment and will require the ability to multitask as well as self-manage. 


•       Minimum two years’ experience in a technical help desk environment.
•       Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
•       Ability to multi-task and with interruption.
•       Ability to work in a close team environment.
•       Proficient in Microsoft suite software
•       Proficient with Windows 7 and 10.
•       A+ or Network+ certification a plus

•       Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with minimal oversight
•       Experience with dispatch/scheduling.
•       Excellent Communication skills
