The Business Control Analyst is responsible for developing, implementing, enforcing, reporting, maintaining and improving asset life-cycle process controls. They will work alongside Asset Management & Configuration Center technicians to drive the inventory and quality systems. Ideal candidates will have Project Management, Inventory Management, and Strong Documentation experience.


  • Review and support asset life-cycle management controls.
  • Collaborate with contacts across the organization in support of asset life-cycle management.
  • Review reports and provide updates based on analysis.
  • Drive PC returns via direct messaging (email, instant messaging, voice calls) to associates and mangers
  • Validate PC requests based on reference data/demographics


  • Associate's Degree in fields such as Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, and Engineering
  • 1+ year Project Management Experience
  • Working Knowledge and Experienced with JIRA
  • Proficient with Office 2016 (especially Excel)
  • Proven experience working with customers or end users
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize effectively and efficiently
  • Motivated self-starter and willing to challenge the status quo


Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP or ITIL certified
  • Understanding of or experience with analytical and or dashboard tools
  • Access Database Knowledge
  • Bachelor's Degree
