    PCM is looking for a Desktop Support Technician to assist in resolving operational support issues generated from roll outs in retail and office location.  Preferred candidate is driven by results and has experience providing end-user device support for large projects.  Preferred candidate will also have a high level understanding of simple networking services and Windows 7 administration at an enterprise level. Is expected be able to perform support tasks with minimal supervision.

    This is a contract position lasting 6 months to a potential 2 years.

    Essential Job Functions:                                                                                                                                                                                    

    • Contribute remote support services for rollout of enterprise solution
    • Identify and resolve trends related to various software issues

    • Perform tasks as assigned by the internal Project Coordinator
    • Deliver quality customer service and resolve end-user issues in a timely manner


    • Experience with support and administration of Windows 10
    • Knowledge of Office 365 is a plus
    • Previous Win10 migration experience a must
    • Must have a demonstrated high level understanding of Desktop and Network operations technical areas
    • Must be very organized, able to balance multiple priorities, and driven by accomplishments


    • Experience with point of sale rollouts in a retail organization is a plus
    • Experience with BigFix is a plus
