    SERVICENOW ENGAGEMENT MANAGER


     


    Needed immediately with PCM in Alpharetta, GA


     


    Engaging new role responsible for leading the successful delivery of ITSM software solutions and services, in a client consulting environment. The ideal candidate is a true Engagement Manager with strengths in ServiceNow technology and processes. Proven track record of leading deployments of Enterprise Software Solutions in a client environment, with a passion for delivering real business value to customers. You will be responsible for managing the full systems development lifecycle from requirements gathering through coding, testing and implementation. You will work closely with clients and must demonstrate individual, functional and professional knowledge to ensure work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber.


     


    You will use your exceptional project management skills to execute the successful delivery of large, complex ServiceNow projects for enterprise customers, often handling multiple engagements at a time - all while keeping our customer satisfaction rating at one of the highest levels in the ServiceNow ecosystem.


     


    You will also contribute to the growth of our company by helping to build out collateral, improve existing methodologies, conduct internal training, and develop best practice improvements.

    Responsibilities

     



    • Lead consulting engagements from pre-sales stage to successful delivery of the project in terms of scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction, and achievement of required business outcomes

    • Manage all aspects of project delivery and solution delivery

    • Lead and manage the implementation project team

    • Prepare all client facing and internal deliverables such as project plan, issues/risk register, and weekly status reports

    • Identify opportunities to provide additional value to our clients

    • Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences

    Qualifications

    Over 5 years of engagement management experience and are fully capable of leading large, transformative engagements (1 million dollars plus projects) and have deep experience in shepherding project teams through a proven methodology to successful delivery of solutions on the ServiceNow platform.


     


    You have demonstrable delivery experience with project financial management and high customer satisfaction ratings.


     



    • Proven experience of leading the deployment of Enterprise Software (ideally ITIL related) solutions in client environments

    • Strong background working with Enterprise Software companies and/or Consulting companies

    • Experience with one or more of the following platforms is essential: HP Service Manager, Remedy ITSM v7.6, ServiceNow, CA ServiceDesk Manager

    • Familiarity with SaaS and/or ASP deployments and its supporting architecture

    • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills (proficiency in Visio, Word and PowerPoint)

    • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problems

    • Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity

    • Proven team player and team builder

    • Strong organizational and analytical skills

    • A degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology or Business and a proven background in consulting and project management

    • PMP/Scrum certification preferred

    • ITIL V3 Foundations Certification preferred

    • ServiceNow System Admin certification

    • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification preferred

    • Willingness to travel 50%
