    Needed immediately in Des Moines, IA

    Technician will be responsible for imaging, app layering and troubleshooting PCs as part of a large enterprise technology refresh.  May also be asked to provide remote support for large enterprise as part of a metrics driven, high performing support team.







    Imaging and installing applications utilizing various software platforms to facilitate large scale imaging efforts. Remote application support for common enterprise software along with custom applications. Fast paced, dynamic work environment. Must be able to manage shifting priorities, work as part of a team.



    At least 3 - 5 years of Desktop Support experience with large scale PC deployments


    Associates Degree in IS or equivalent work experience. A+, N+, Security+ certifications desired. Candidates should be experienced providing remote support to large enterprise.


    Knowledge of ITIL best practices, familiarity with issue research, problem determination and documentation. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), good multi-tasking and project management skills as well as exceptional customer service. Must have excellent organizational skills and experience with WSUS or/or SCCM preferred
