If you have passion and expertise in distribution, shipping and receiving, forklift operation, or picking and packing, PCM is the place for you! 


    We are currently adding dedicated and friendly team members to our Returns team.  The returns associate will assist customers in the return of purchased equipment, as well as work with the Purchasing Department for return authorizations. You will also assist in generating credit orders when approved, and work with Account Managers when no return authorizations are available to provide credit to the customer.


    The qualified candidate will have previous experience in returns, strong communication and good customer service skills.  Must also posess working knowledge of MS office, particularly excel and word.
