    The Product/Vendor Manager will lead, develop and drive cooperative marketing program creation and execution for their products, vendor and/or categories.


    Category Leadership: Define and communicate go to market strategies for the category; build trust with sales teams to drive category initiatives and build relationships with partner teams to ensure that adequate sales and marketing support resources are provided to advance the category revenue and marketing investments.


    Subject Matter Expert: This individual will serve as the subject matter expert for this category within the company.


    Marketing Plan Development: Must serve as the leader of the business relationship(s) with the vendor(s); must understand the partner's products/offerings and provide guidance to help them attain performance-based results going to market as a PCM partner; proactively coach all vendors in order to achieve established business goals; keep sales and marketing management teams informed of progress toward goals through regular interaction and means of communication.


    Business Management: Conduct business reviews every quarter with the vendors to ensure attainment of mutually defined business results (100% of goal attainment) through vendor management, sales team involvement and engage resources when needed.


    • Drive ROI for Partner Investment, strategic joint business planning, partner reverse marketing
    • Focus on Sales Enablement with Inside and field sales teams
    • Manage Marketing and sales enablement budgets
    • Create go-to-marketing strategies in partnership with Vendor Partners
    • Generate Demand across vendor product lines and services  
    • Partner closely with internal teams, Sales, Marketing, Services Practices, Operations, and Finance.
    • Responsible for managing financial investments for vendors including working with finance team on claiming and reconciliation processes


    • Degree from four-year College or University is required; or related selling experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • MBA desired
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in technology industries, such as Information Technology, is highly desired
