    We are searching for a help desk/ project coordinator to work on a team that supports Digital Signage who can multi-task, work in a fast paced environment, is proficient in Windows XP, 7 and 8.1, has 2+ years’ experience in a help desk environment, has basic networking knowledge (understand basic IP protocols, basic switching and routing) and is proficient in Microsoft suites. Understanding how to mount TV’s and Digital signage, experience dispatching and scheduling technicians as well as working on a national project/rollout, and Network+ and A+ certifications is a plus.   Work hours are Monday- Friday from 12:30- 9 pm, 11 am- 7:30 pm and 9:00 am- 5:30 pm


    • Provide technical support and job coordination for technicians installing and repairing digital advertising equipment in medical offices and hospitals.
    • Effectively communicate between the distributor, provider, technician and client staff throughout process.
    • Basic computer hardware, helpdesk and networking experience 
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
      Ability to multi-task and work with interruption.
    • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with minimal oversight
      Comfortable with dispatching/scheduling of technicians.
      Abiility to work on national projects or rollouts.


    •       Minimum two years’ experience in a help desk environment.
    •       Basic computer hardware and networking experience.
    •       Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
    •       Ability to multi-task and with interruption.
    •       Ability to work in a close team environment.
    •       Proficient in Microsoft suite software
    •       Proficient with Windows XP, 7, and 8.1
    •       A+ or Network+ certification  – or equivalent experience


    •       Understanding mounting TV's and signage a plus
    •       Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with minimal oversight
    •       Experience dispatch/scheduling of technicians a plus
    •       Experience working on national project/rollout a plus
