    Project Coordinator

    Needed Immediately with PCM - St. Paul MN

    12 months+ contract

    **(Full-time benefits and healthcare available during contract)


    As a Project Coordinator within the Digital Marketing department, you will join an agile, collaborative, customer-focused team of designer and developers. You will gather and prioritize project details, setup requirements and objectives, then assist with projects through development, QA, testing, and launch,pushing both you and the team to meet monthly goals.



    • Work with design agency to resize creative assets and internal development team to post to web locations
    • Assist with ad hoc website updates and help write stories for agile team
    • QA website enhancements and proofread thought leadership articles
    • Route web copy through internal stakeholder and legal review process
    • Manage merchant offer process of submission, posting, and reporting
    • Proficient in Microsoft Suite- Excel, Power point, MS Project, etc.



    • Minimum 2 years experience working assisting within in a project management coordination role(must have experience managing the process for multiple projects)
    • Excellent organizational, prioritization and communication skills with a high attention to detail
    • Able to work effectively and independently on multiple projects with tight deadlines and long term goals
    • Able to work both independently and as a member of a cross-functional team
    • Extremely detail oriented, self-motivated, disciplined, organized, self-sufficient, proactive, and take ownership of work assigned
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clients, peers, managers
