    Overview

    PCM is currently hiring a Regional Sales Director to cover Southern California. The ideal candidate is based in Los Angeles and will work with reps from San Diego up to LA. This individual will be responsible for managing field sales reps and their sales activities within the  territory. The Regional Sales Director will need to have a proven track record in attaining sales goals and quotas. We are open to consider candidates currently in a sales role who will function as a selling Manager and then fully transition into Management. 

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for managing an Enterprise sales team

    • Active participant for recruiting initiatives for local Field sales team

    • Drive sales strategy and work with Field reps to attain sales quotas

    • Develop and deliver effective sales presentations to customers

    • Motivate, coach, and manage the sales team

    • Manage performance

    • Build a sales team (recruit, hire, and train new employees)

    • Oversee accurate pipeline management

    • Exponential territory growth

    • Establish and develop strong Partner relationships within the region

    • Work with Marketing to effectively create brand awareness

    • Meet with the top customers in territory

    • Local travel required

     

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 8 years of successful sales experience in the technology field and 1-3 in sales management

    • • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Strong problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills

    • Experience working with C-Level executives

    • Highly focused on customer solutions and satisfaction

    • Strong negotiation and motivational skills

    • Excellent presentation skills. 

     4 year College Diploma/University Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
