    The Practice Manager for Dell EMC ISG and VMware is responsible for growing revenue and profitability by crafting a go-to-market strategy, communicating messaging to the sales organization, creating alignment between Dell and PCM sales teams and leveraging PCM business development and service resources to create unique value.  Specific focus and experience in storage and relationships with the EMC sales team is critical.  Knowledge and experience selling and marketing VMware is extremely valuable.


    Dell EMC ISG & VMware

    • Drive increased engagement between Dell EMC ISG, VMware and PCM sales teams.
    • Craft PCM specific messaging
    • Develop and execute quarterly marketing plan for demand generation, sales enablement, and training for PCM sales and technical support personnel
    • Work with PCM Field Sales Managers and PCM Call Center Managers to create and execute Dell EMC ISG, VMware customer events, PCM sales rep enablement activities (training, new product promotions, etc.)
    • Manage Dell EMC ISG, VMware pipeline.
    • Provide PCM senior management with weekly-updated quarterly revenue, GP$, and marketing fund forecasts.
    • Work with PCM Technical Support Management to secure annual certifications/updated certifications to maintain PCM Partner Status with Dell EMC, VMware. Certification training may require funding from marketing development funds to cover the cost of training classes.
    • Work with Distribution Partners to plan marketing fund usage to drive revenue.
    • Management/Supervision of PCM-badged and EMC-focused Business Development Manager (direct report) as well as VMware BDM.
    • Enter current quarterly Dell EMC ISG and VMware promotions/spiffs/new product information on PCM intranet (SRC)
    • Manage marketing funds and reporting.
    • Manage Dell EMC and VMware quarterly sales incentive programs
    • Coordinate PCM attendance and sponsorship levels for Dell Technologies World and VMware events.
    • Maximize PCM profitability by driving high value events and high return marketing programs.
    • Overseeing creation of marketing content.
    • Drive PCM/Dell and VMware Quarterly Business Reviews


    • Have managed EMC sales team and have exceptional current national relationships
