    PCM-G is currently seeking an Entry Level Customer Support Bid Response Specialist to perform the bid review and analysis process, communicate and negotiate term and condition modifications, provide back-up support to contracts team; interact with partners, Customers, and PCM-G associates. This position is responsible to provide best in class customer service to our Partners and Customers


    The Bid Response Specialist should have previous experience working in a business environment – preferably experience with external customers either in person or by phone. Some experience or aptitude with numbers to understand cost of goods and how to establish sale price to customers.  Requires great attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in order to establish an orderly process flow.



    • Review government RFI/RFQ/MMR requests.
    • Collaborate with the vendors and/or distribution to provide an accurate quote for products, supplies and/or service offerings.
    • Prepare quote utilizing the supplier quote as basis for cost.
    • Provide final response documents to ensure compliance and accuracy for responses.
    • Process orders that result from quotes.
    • Follow up on shipment / invoicing to close order.
    • Full communication with customers to establish and maintain relationships.
    • Working knowledge of supply chain terminology and concepts a plus.


    • No experience required, willing to train
    • Customer Service/Sales background or recent college graduate.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Extraordinary customer service skills that focus on supporting the PCM-G brand. 
    • Ability to develop rapport with internal and external counterparts.
    • Must have an extreme attention to detail and be highly organized.
    • Working outside of stated business hours when extraordinary business needs demand; process-oriented, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
    • Team player with a positive attitude, high energy and enthusiasm.
    • Quality orientation and pride in work product.
    • High standards of ethics and integrity.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required.
