    Overview

    The candidate must possess some IT knowledge of support, troubleshooting and repairing PC's including desktops and laptops.

    Candidate will also be responsible for greeting and speaking to customers with computer issues and general questions.

     

    Candidates will be responsible for completing tickets utilizing the ticketing systems within providing accurate, detailed, and timely updates to all assigned tickets, placing part orders with various vendors, receiving and shipping of parts ordered, and other duties as assigned.

     

    This is a client facing position which requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well as an individual and in a team environment, following documented policies and procedures. Be a fast learner and highly reliable.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide technical support on Intel based PCs, Printers, and desktop applications
    • Communicate issues back to Team Lead and/or Service Delivery Manager
    • Act as focal point for customer issues/concerns
    • Install/configure desktops, laptops, printers and multi-function devices
    • Troubleshoot/repair Hewlett Packard printers and multi-function devices
    • Follow depot process/policy
    • Able to work independently within a team based environment
    • Occasionally visit local clients to provide IT Support

    Qualifications

    ** must have excellent customer service and communication skills ***

    1-2 years of IT support experience working in a corporate/business environment. 

    A+ Certification a plus

    Must have reliable transportation for local service calls.
