    PCM is currently hiring an office clerk to assist the Executive Admin to the CEO and his direct reports. This position will work out of headquarters in El Segundo Monday through Friday. 


    • Answer and transfer telephone calls or take messages directed to Executives
    • Sort and deliver incoming mail and send outgoing mail
    • Receive customers or visitors at headquarters
    • Provide general information to staff
    • Type, format, or edit routine memos or other emails
    • Copy, file, scan and update paper and electronic documents
    • Prepare and process bills and other office documents
    • Order serve, for occasional lunches for execs and for meetings of up to 20 attendees
    • Collect information and perform data entry
    • This person would receive emails from Executive Admin to action..such as print documents to obtain  signatures then scan to respective recipients then scan and fill the documents.
    • Set up the coffee maker every morning and clean it out at the end of the day
    • Interact with other internal departments to gather and deliver documents
    • Submit invoices to AP
    • File documents or answer phones; enter data into computers or perform other tasks using software applications. Outlook, MS Office also frequently use photocopiers, scanners, fax machines, and other office equipment.


    • Preferred minimum of 1-2 years Administrative/clerical experience
    • Detail-oriented
    • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with Executive leadership
