    • Deskside support: software & hardware support, including desktop, laptop, printers, phones, peripherals
    • First response to web tickets, email requests, and walk-ins, contact user to collect missing details and triage
    • Creating, modifying, and resolving tickets
    • Initial troubleshooting
    • Deploy equipment & manage returns for walk-ups/reserved equipment
    • Create, update, and close tickets
    • Staging, imaging of equipment
    • Execute user provisioning and de-provisioning
    • Hardware Break-fix (Non-warranty)
    • Ad hoc user requests
    • Equipment receiving
    • Equipment deployment
    • Basic network and cabling troubleshooting
    • Software installs
    • Smarthands network / telecom support
    • Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes, Delete accounts


    • Hours of Operation 8-5 M-F
    • Possible overtime, weekends and on-call as necessary
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s degree and/ or work towards a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field is highly desired. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
    • Min 3-5 years of related Information Systems work
    • Proficiency with O365 and Teams
    • Good knowledge of the Windows Operating systems and technologies such as domains, Active Directory, and Exchange
    • Proficiency in Microsoft products: Outlook, SharePoint, Word and Excel
    • Network or Desktop certification a plus
    • Experience with process documentation
    • Requires ability to utilize the Company’s internet/intranet web site and available resources fordata entry, reference and/or retrieval tasks
    • Ability to follow directions and prescribed procedures
