    PCM is currently seeking a Senior DevOps Consultant with strong software development and test automation experience to apply their expertise identifying and mitigating areas within current infrastructure, software and processes that require assessment and improvement The DevOps Consultant must have the ability to mentor internal teams in an Agile environment.  This is a senior applications engineer position, onsite Monday to Thursday, Fridays are remote, scheduled for a minimum 6 months.


    • Monitor and test application performance and recommend improvements for proficiency.
    • Troubleshoot, mitigate, and resolve production applications, products, and processes.
    • Research, and resolve issues with applications and document technical recommendations.
    • Investigate current or develop custom internal tools for application evaluation and testing.
    • Contribute to expertise base to disseminate product knowledge with the DevOps Team.
    • Proactively identify performance improvements in areas like responsiveness, availability and scale
    • Troubleshoot and identify problems with distributed systems in terms of throughput, utilization and configuration
    • Solve new and challenging technical issues.
    • Design CI/CD pipelines that enable multiple software teams to create reproduceable artifacts and autonomously deploy across product lines


    Qualifications: 7 – 10 years’ experience with the follow skills.

    • Strong development experience in Java or .Net
    • Strong experience in application architecture
    • Experience supporting CI/CD
    • Test automation experience (Unit / Functional Testing)
    • Experience in Agile environments and mentoring other developers. (SAFe Agile a plus)
